About this service

Repeats, handled

Delivered nearby

If getting to the shop is hard, call us and we will arrange delivery to your address.

Questions answered

Ask the pharmacist what a medicine is for, how to take it, and what to watch out for.

How it works

01

Nominate the pharmacy

In the NHS App or at your GP surgery, choose Brighton Community Pharmacy as your nominated pharmacy.

02

Order your repeat

Order as usual. Your GP sends the prescription to us electronically.

03

Collect or have it delivered

Come in when it is ready, or ask us to deliver it locally.

Questions about this service

How long does a repeat take?
Most are ready within two working days of the GP approving them. Call before travelling if it is urgent.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes. Tell them the name and address on the prescription. For controlled drugs the collector may need to sign.
Do you charge for delivery?
Ask the team when you arrange it. Delivery is a service the pharmacy offers locally rather than a national NHS entitlement.
