What happens to the information you send us through this website.
This notice covers the contact form on this website, run by Brighton Community Pharmacy, 24 St James's Street, Brighton BN2 1RF. It does not cover your NHS patient record, which is held under separate NHS rules and is explained to you in the pharmacy.
When you send a message we store the name, phone number and email address you type, the subject you pick, and the message itself. Our web server also keeps short-lived technical logs, including the address of the device making the request.
We use your message only to answer it. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with anyone outside the pharmacy.
Email and web forms are not secure enough for health information. Please keep your message general and call the pharmacy on 01273 681715 for anything about your medicines, symptoms or prescriptions.
Messages are deleted once the question is closed, and at the latest after twelve months.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Speak to the pharmacist in the shop or call 01273 681715. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site sets two cookies it needs to work: one keeps your session, and one protects the contact form against forged submissions. Neither is used for advertising or analytics.
